Below the examples included on the Useful Melodic Patterns for Bass Guitar book, for pattern number 20

Here is the "easy" example, trying the pattern over the F# major scale , starting at the 14 fret on the E string.

Also below, a video playing pattern number 20, F# major scale, fret 14.
